SALON POLICIES 

Gratuities: Please note that we only accept cash gratuities at BGlow Beautique & Spa. We believe that all gratuity is up to the discretion of each guest and should demonstrate a high satisfaction with service experience, rather than expecting gratuities with the forced nature of a credit card. At BGlow, we hold out team members to the highest standards of the industry in not only their technique, but also in the way they conduct their personal business as profession artists. Everyone on the BGlow team greatly appreciates your generosity and strives to exceed your expectations with every service provided.

Deposits: DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please give 24hr notice if needing to cancel or reschedule appointment in order to transfer deposit over. 

Cancellation policy: BGlow has a strict cancellation, no-show and late policy. 

We must enforce our policies on all of our clients. We will ask clients to add a credit card on file for our cancellation/no-show and late policies. 

•24 hrs or More : No Fees, Thank you
•Within 24 hrs : 50% of your services will be charged
•NO CALL/NO SHOW : 70% of your services will be charged 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Please know if you are running late for your appointment you may be considered a no-show after 15 minutes.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will be charged 50% of the service amount.
