No caffeine 2 hours before the appointment. It can cause your eye lids to jump nonstop and make the lashing process longer then the 2 hour time frame.
If you wear contacts please remove them before the appointment.

After your lash service, keep your lashes dry for 24 hours. Avoid swimming, steam rooms and saunas for 48 hours. Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Do not use facial wipes, and oil or cream based cleansers. Avoid cleansing waters that are moisturizing or with added emollients.
Do not use eyelash curlers. Use a water-based makeup remover
Brush your lashes daily to keep them neat and tidy. Clean your lashes daily with a foaming lash cleanser to remove any facial oil, makeup residue and dirt
To maintain the fullness of your lashes, we recommend a refill very 2-3 weeks. Schedule your next appointment with BGlow.

Must have at least 40% of your lashes extensions still on to be considered a fill, anything else will be a full set.
1 Week = 80% of your lashes still on
2 Week = 60% of your lashes still on
3 Week = 40% of your lashes still on
Anything beyond 3 weeks is considered a full set due to grown out lashes that will have to be removed resulting in more lashes being added on
Let us know within 24-48 hours of excessive fallout to get a touch up at no cost anything else will be considering a 1 week fill
