My inspiration for the beauty industry is just simply being able to make people feel confident in their own skin. Self care is health care— I feel when you look your best you can do your best, so to be apart of that is very rewarding.

I’ve been doing PMU (microblading) & lash lifts since 2021. I’m super fresh in the beauty industry, but I’ve always been obsessed with all things beauty, especially makeup & skincare. I absolutely love the reactions I get from my clients when they see their new brows or lashes. Being able to enhance their natural beauty just makes me love what I do even more. Watching Cristy and all of the amazing ladies at BGlow is also a huge inspiration. When I see their work it motivates me to continue practicing so I can perfect my skills!

Jaymee Penrose is an active registered nurse currently at Franciscan Health Michigan City, IN. She has spent her career expanding her knowledge working in several modalities from Surgery, Psych, Travel, Hospice and more. In 2013 “Jaymee’s Flawesome Faces” was created, offering virtual and in person makeup and skincare tutorials. 2020 brought with it plenty of time to gain new skills, Jaymee began training in injectables, plasma facials, laser services and more!
